Something will rub bad! Hahaha. Oh well. I hope I get to test it sooner than later.Very nice!! Wonder how they'll fair when you get to articulating the suspension?

I almost got my hands on some of those wheels for CHEAP. I was concerned about rub and passed on themSomething will rub bad! Hahaha. Oh well. I hope I get to test it sooner than later.

Well with a 3" lift I can confirm they won't rub in normal driving. Been cruising around yesterday and this morning and nothing yet. But all flexed out I won't be surprised if I get rub at some point. If you like them you should! They should be plentiful and you might score some Rubicons with those great BFG M/Ts on them. That's my next goal.I almost got my hands on some of those wheels for CHEAP. I was concerned about rub and passed on them

Possibly? I called IRO and they said other people have reported similar issues in the break in period. Are the shock bushing made from Polyurethane? I know that poly bushings are squeaky.
You know that makes sense. I thought for sure it's the shocks but now I'm not as sure. After driving on this lift about a thousand miles or so, I'm sold on getting a bigger rear sway bar. This thing is really goosey in the wind and maybe some of those bushings are worn out.could also be the old bushings and such creaking under the extra stress
I like the idea. And no it was fairly quiet before. It's also noisier in the cold and get a little quieter after I drive a bit.Did your suspension squeak before you replaced the shocks? The polyurethane mounts on the shocks could be the culprit. You could always replace the poly mounts with OE shock mounts and see if the noise goes away. Just an idea.

Addco? I know they make a beefier one. it's a shame too many bushings aren't grease-able. Worn and dried out a lot on these older vehiclesYou know that makes sense. Might go back and check to make sure everything is still tq'd down properly. I usually check it after a bit of driving after the install and then once more. things settle, wear and such causing issues.I like the idea. And no it was fairly quiet before. The shop I had do the lift paint marked everything and I've been keeping an eye on that. The ones I've checked don't look like they've moved but I need to look closer. And yes Addco. The only greasable thing I know of is my JKS Quicker Disconnects and I'm sure they're past due. If I can upgrade to greasable bushings I sure will. But I haven't read about them much yet so I don't know what's available.Might go back and check to make sure everything is still tq'd down properly. Thank you! That is great information and makes perfect sense. It got worse today and the temp dipped below 40. I bet it's a combination of this and those shocks.Found this TSB about squeaky sway bar bushings. Affects the front sway bar.
