Picked this up a few months ago to use as a family trip machine on the west coast. Put 33's on it and ripped the sidesteps off. Now scrounging around my garage and building a storage *something* in the back.

It rattles, whistles, and smokes in all the right ways. Absolute hoot to drive and I can't wait to meet some of you in the PNW.

As an owner of an odd-ball rig, you've got to get pretty inventive to get it geared up. Not just endless choices for the Jeeps and Tacomas. . .

I originally wanted to TDI swap a gen 2 Montero. But after crunching the actual build numbers it was cheaper to buy a nice imported Pajero with the 4M40.

And your storage looks great! This is more-or-less a prototype to see if my measurements worked. OSB is stupid heavy but I have several sheets leftover from house work.
