It looks like central OR is about halfway between us - do you want an OR milkshake or should we do it up right and seek out milkshakes in MT? ;)
The OB $100 Milkshake Run - not adjusted for inflation. Overlanding's version of the $100 hamburger! ;)

I would say that MT would produce a far superior milkshake than OR... Theory based on the cows breathing much cleaner air in big sky country. Only way to really know would be to start the trip in OR (say Bend perhaps) with a round of local milkshakes, then pilgrimage across ID (with a stop for a shake there as a control point (no not potato flavored either), then over the Magruder trail into MT for the final shakedown, and perhaps some pizza. likely approaching the $1,000 milkshake, but easily worth it, and would be happy to serve as an unbiased officiant..lol, also an excellent field test of the new routing feature as a bonus....

I like how you think! And I agree that simple physics dictate that a MT milkshake would have to be far superior. Possibly this trip name would have to become The Make Greg Fatter Run ;) Or The Corps of Discovery - Milkshake Discovery - Run!

@Michael, I was playing around with the map layers on the app, and noticed that Alaska indicates it is part of the Northeast Region? don't recall its recent annexation by Russia.. lol

A cool and helpful feature now is the altitude, speed and position information at the top of the map - exactly the same things I display when I use OruxMaps, for example. Well done. Quick question, how do I change this from ft to m and from miles to km? Does that work already, like with the distance measurement? Thanks.
