There is a lot of private land out along that coast. You’ll list have to see. Usually there is a sign or gate to indicate if it’s private. But there are crown land spots out that way.
Sorry I haven’t got back on this sooner. Those are Rugged Ridge flares. They were ok. Very flexible but I got tired of the look and they were a bit floppy at highway speeds. I have since switched to Aluminum Bushwacker flares.

You still can but the trails are no longer what they used to be. They are all full of super size gravel and I mean brick size rocks, massive “speed bumps” every 20m or so to “prevent erosion” or some nonesense. It’s not fun like it used to be
