Sorry I haven’t got back on this sooner. Those are Rugged Ridge flares. They were ok. Very flexible but I got tired of the look and they were a bit floppy at highway speeds. I have since switched to Aluminum Bushwacker flares.
The bumper corners on mine are made my Rough Country but others make them as well.
I have since moved that setup to my Rubicon and have mounted a Motobilt bumper on my Gecko.
