I’ve decided to use phenolic ,it’s more expensive,but will save the time and effort of treating it. I like the finish albeit a little dark.

Ok,so it’s gone together ok-I was going to bolt the front box to the middle box,but I may just weld them together,any thoughts? next up - cut ply for partitions paint the topcoat wire the road lights put it back together

the great thing about this style of trailer is the ability to use it so many ways- it’s big enough to take heaps of gear, but if needed you can also sleep in there,could even have a table and chair setup somehow-very useful with kids to be able to sit them down with food for 10 minuets -...

Do you have charge regulators in your unit for mains and solar ? Also your inverter sounds like it’s external to the tote also?
