Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
I personally have always used coleman coolers, but i have started looking into fridge/freezer combos for the longer trips. I really like the ARB ones but man they are not cheap!

I almost went with a Land Rover but around here parts are WAY to expensive. I opted for my Jeep instead. I think the Land Rovers are nice rigs and you have done a great job on yours
A few things i think are important:
First Aid kit
Fire Extinguisher
Water Filter (If you get stranded and run out of water this would literally be a life-saver) I use Katydyn (I think thats how its spelled)
Extra food (A few Mountain House meals would do, or MRE's) Water is more important but...
It is a solid platform, i'd really like a new 4-Runner. Gotta get the wife outta college first. And i have 2 boys under 3yrs old.... Wait....I just realized, it will be 15 years when the kids are out of the house before i'll be able to buy a new 4-Runner lol..
