Made it into Tuscarora to scout sites and dirt roads. Lots of dead ends in the forest. But it is a beautiful one for sure. Some random pics from the trip. Lots of backtracking. But it always amazes what you missed going east on the way back west.

My RAM 2500 on a trip to the beach. Hand Calculated it was 18.2 And with a 32 Gallon tank...i did not have to stop for gas. My 99 Dodge with a V10 gets 16 on the highway. They both get about 10 to 12 bouncing through the forest. Depending on my right foot control. I have all the room...

Purple lizard Maps has given hope their map will be done for April.

Tuscarora is closing some sites permanently, some just for timbering operations...and going to do maintenance to some others.

It says the only thing needed was higher load rating tires and shocks. So, the whole package is the ridigity.

I do not think my wife will let me cut up our super beetle...but if there is a chance!!!!
