Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance this week and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.
Hi All
Just joined the app after watching so many videos in YouTube! I’m looking at building a little camper trailer with roof top tent to go on the back of my Jimny…
I’m trying to locate a ‘Pull kitchen’ but the website seems to be down? Any suggestions?
Looking forward to some short off...
It will be fun! Emmett is coming with and we'll be using the tent. We camped at Yaak falls last summer and had a great time, though i don't think Smith mountain is very accessible now...

...the pump is there, but doesnt seem that bad to me and im a very light sleeper. our camp trailer is around 120 sq/ft, so that would be a 10X12 tent and low works great. i run it off of a separate 35ah battery, so i like the low setting to save battery and i'd rather it not be overly hot when...
I saw this tire step in a video with the heater sitting on it so I bought it because its cool and has helped me work on my engine and bed area. Now I use it so often I couldn't imagine not having it.

Of course I was teasing :-)
I think anything with a trunk - apart from if it's only designed to carry golf bags, should be able to take at least 2x carry-on trolley style luggage cases. That should suffice for most people unless doing something niche
Battery box is mostly done. Still need to build the outlet boxes in the trailer cabinet, the remote outlet box that will go into the tent, and setup the solar panels.
After finding that the Victron IP67 AC-DC charger reaches temps of 107 degrees F, I opted out of putting an AC outlet on the...
...am going to have 2 adults and a baby for a while with the hope that the Lord will bless us with a little girl after a while. After mounting the tent my first real challenge came…the height of the tent makes things difficult for set up and tear down. I am looking into a few solutions to make...
I am in the process of purchasing a Ram 2500 Power Wagon. I have plans to add 40's. My current ride a 2019 Sequoia is not powerful enough.
After purchase I will incorporate a topper and tent system is the plan.

...have a 2012 Toyota Tundra 4.6L V8 Double Cab 4x4. I will be starting from basically stock and am looking to gain knowledge on suspension; soft shell topper vs tonneau; open bed vs Decked; bed rack tent vs the off the tailgate style vs traditional; wheels and tire setups; etc... Thanks in...
...going. I wrote a data converter for this and it has worked now surprisingly well for a few trips, including two months in Canada/Alaska:
The green tent symbols are for the various types of camp spots (wild camping, normal campspot, campground, ...). This was super helpful for us when...
I know this is an old thread, but I just ordered a diesel heater. I am thinking of velcroing one of these on top....Figure it will work great in rain, minus high winds or snow. Just flip upside down, attach velcro, and good to go.
