Awesome spot. Did you come in off UT9 or UT59? I'd like to see if I can camp on Gooseberry, but be closer to Zion than on the south side of that canyon

I think I found a great spot in that area. I found a good looking spot on the map off FR174. But we'll see how it looks when we get out there.

We are also planning a Southern Utah trip at the end of September. Will also be coming from San Diego, and disperse camping near Zion and Bryce. I will look for your rig.

These are some great trip plans. We planned to do Capitol Reef at the end of September, and then Zion. But after looking at everything in between, we decided to limit our trip to Zion and Bryce. Plus, we only have a few days. Thanks to all the help on this site, I've come to realize we...

We are headed to Utah at the end of September. We originally were going to Capitol Reef, but after doing some more research, I think we prefer Gooseberry Mesa. This is the only thread I could find here which mentioned Gooseberry Mesa. We plan to disperse camp. Do you have any good spots...

The cradles are called DayStar Cradles. Only about $67 on amazon and worth it if you off road at all. Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk

The shocks are definitely not properly tuned for the setup. I let a few psi out of the bags and it better now Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk

I installed the Firestones with the cradles. I think the cradles take care of the articulation issue you are talking about. So far I"m happy. But the rear end does bounce around a bit more. I don't plan to do any hard core off roading. Mostly established roads/trails.

We are headed to Capitol Reef in September. Looking for good areas to stay where backcountry camping is allowed. I know we need to stay out of the park boundaries, but don't know much beyond that. Any suggestions? We don't need to stay in one of the designated camping areas. Just a good...

Oh boy, going commando in one of those is sure to be nothing less than awesome. Just stay away from poison oak.

Danners are the BEST. But they can be a tad heavy for some people. But they are all I buy now. They last FOREVER. Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk
