I used to love Optima but they no longer last. They had a nice warranty but I would prefer to not have to use that warranty. I went through 3 and then got an Odessey. Had it for a couple of years now. Much better than the Optima.
I used the Ram mount in my LJ to mount my TRX. I can also use it to mount my 8" tablet too. I mounted the ball in the tray on the dash where I used to have the factory style GPS. I wouldn't say it looks integrated but it works well. The tablet doesn't block my view of the trail or road.
The last thing I bought is a Goal Zero Lithium 1000. Next will be a set of 100W folding solar panels. Not sure which brand yet but leaning towards Renogy.
I have a Yeti 1000 on the way. I can also use it for back up around the house. I will likely end up with a smaller one too but not sure of the brand yet. Might make one .
Is it easy to secure the Yeti 1000 down for offroad use? Can the two handles at the top be used with tie downs? I am trying to decide between a Lithium 400 and a Lithium 1000 (with solar panels) to support my ARB 63qt. That 1000 is pretty heavy at 40lbs but I like the power.

I have two 37" spares in the back of my Cummins. Aside from the "one spare gets you home but two keeps you going" philosophy the extra weight in the back helps the truck ride better.
