Everyone nerds out on something! Thank guys for the response. I have had older versions of the KO2 and loved them. I am likely to return.
The things I nerd out on are this truck, fishing, gardening, investing, and many more things. A super nerd I guess. Lol
Sorry for the sideline lately folks. House hunting has taken up some serious time! If I get the house I want I will end up with a full acre! A big... empty... acre to fill up with awesomeness over the years... set in a very nice neighborhood.
Here is an awesome vid that showed up in my video...
I hope so too. That would be an awesome thing to see. The Tacoma following is quite the site.
I can’t wait to make as many memories with my kids as I can!
We may be witnessing the birth of a following... just maybe.
What is really cool is that they did the same test in the same spot in the same conditions with a Raptor... and had to use a winch to get unstuck! Being lighter... and skinnier matters a lot when off road.
Did you know the Raptor is almost as wide as an H1 was? 1/4” skinnier than a H1.
The...
I think I have a variant/ cousin of that pump laying around that I used for my old solar powered aquaponics system. It had a crazy 12ft head height on it. Was meant for solar hot water heaters on the roofs of homes and uses only 15W @ 12V. Great idea!
18 Colorado’s eating up some mud, rocks, gravel, and water crossings.
Various trim levels and off road configs. Looks fun!
The truck doing the filming is a Z71 I believe....
I was surprised too. I am still trying to figure out if it is just driver capability/skill/guts... or the truck. I imagine that driver confidence makes a huge difference.
I know that my confidence would double by... just having a truck that costs half as much! lol
If I had a massive Raptor and...
AEV Chevy Colorado Rims
This is a vid of two ZR2s and a Raptor out having fun off-roading and followed up by taking some scenic high speed off-road most of the way home. The gas ZR2 has on some new AEV rims and said that in the high speed dirt road cruising it was much more stable... and that...
Thank you for your service!
I basically do the same thing but on an aircraft. I spent 6yrs in the Army and wish I had spent that time in the Coast Guard. The aviation community in the CG is so small that I see someone... usually several someone’s I know at each unit I go to. It is like a...
This is a vid of a heavily modified ZR2 with the BDS lift, 4.10 gears, 33” but some 35” tires, and a tuned Diesel engine/transmission. I will subscribe to his channel to get updates.
That is the first I have heard of an E-locker coming our way. That is def something I would be willing to get! I would take a front locker first before traction boards and a winch any day. (OK maybe some boards/lumber would be #1 since they are cheap. Lol)
The market is def growing fast. Makes...
Just found something new to me on a ZR2 build thread in this forum.
There are now shock skids for both ZR2 and non-ZR2 trucks that Do Not require drilling. I am likely to get some of these!
$134 shipped.... and powder coated...
