Awesome. Glad I could be of service. You'll be a pro in no time. If you're interested I can provide my recipes also to give you a tried and true base to start with.
It can be very frustrating trying to work with neapolitan dough as the hydration is higher than normal breads. Make sure you are using a high protein flour (14%) and mixing by hand is best; this will avoid creating too much gluten. After i make the dough i let it rest for 45-60 minutes before...
Always enjoy reading your posts. I'm a bit of a pizza fanatic myself and specialize in Neapolitan style. Any questions regarding doughs and poolish and or just cooking at 900° I can share my knowledge
Powertec makes several shapes, sizes and colors in a few lengths options and just like reaver said, totally cuts clean with a miter saw or a hack saw. A touch of sandpaper on the cut ends and you're good to go
I have the remote/screen option and like it a lot. It's great to have one single piece of equipment. I cut a piece of cardboard to act as a sunscreen for clearer viewing on bright days.
The screen is also touch compatible with all the controls at a fingers access. Would recommend
I have a dji phantom 4, not the one you're considering however wanted to chime in that I've gone through 3 batteries (@ $180 each). Research proper charging/storing if you aren't already familiar and you'll enjoy the hell outta it

I used wooden pegs for the front and rear section so it can be disassembled when (my wife swears by this) we transport more people than her, I and the kid,v and we need access to the 2/3 rear seat
Ultimately that seat-section is going away, the space underneath...
Built a box to organize gear. It's also the back half of a sleeper platform (to be continued...). Originally was going to leave the wood exposed, but decided to try installing carpet.
This is a test build to learn from and will do something later with higher quality hardwood once I figure out...
Check out NickZero on this forum. He built one in his JKU then drove there TAT for a few months with his girlfriend. He has a build video and probably some good pros/cons to go along with it.
I'm considering deleting my passenger side rear seat to build something similar. Good luck!
My response is echoing pretty much the same. I have the Mopar upgrade led headlamps for driving. However the color makes harsh contrast in dark wooded areas. I like softer halogen and yellow/amber lights for fog and trails because I can see so much more with less (?).
It's worked well for us with Florida black bears. We keep horns on the ATV, deck and the garage.
If we leave the garage door open it's guaranteed they get into the freezer and make a mess. One came into the kitchen one day from the garage door being left open, that was interesting. Had another...
