I've been in the market for either a new or gently used RV series OZTENT, but I thought why not ask my fellow OB'ers which models (RV 1, 2 , 3, 4, 5) they have and why they like or dislike it. Also, any buyers remorse? Maybe you wanted to buy another model or different brand all together? As...
I prefer the original Delorme InReach footprint over that of the new Garmin InReach. I think the new model has a few extras and a larger screen, but the price point on the 1st gens do make them a better buy.
I just replaced our Reliance Hassock Portable Toilet with a Black Pine Turbo which is collapsible, and includes a bag and odor control powder to get you started...

No rain fly at the top of this privacy shelter, so I'm looking to...
My wife bought one for me off my Amazon Wish list last Christmas and got a pretty good deal... but if I had to buy one myself, I would probably buy one here on OB (do a search, I thought I saw one the other day), or Ebay and save a little on the used market.
I'm really interested in a Chuck box like this.... It's compact, with adjustable legs, and two work surfaces!

Finally got around to washing the rig so I could properly install them. Next order of business... installing sliders, and removing those damn mud guards! LOL :)
Yet another reason I always have my Delorme InReach mounted and charging in my rig!

Yeah, I haven't made up mind if I want my X to be lifted since it's my daily. Nice setup you got there though.. hopefully i can come up with a good semi-stock solution for now, maybe down the line I'll start looking into to lift kits. Thanks for the info! :)
Great info! Thanks for the specs on the rear bumper weight requirements. My next install should be a rear bumper with tire carrier so I think I'd add a leaf pack replacement to my list for sure.
Hey fellow OB community!
My current rig is a 2012 Nissan Xterra Pro-4x with only around 40k miles on it at the moment. I'm running a stock suspension, and hope to someday make some changes to it, but here is my current dilemma/question to the group.... While out exploring on the past few...
Raingler Brand Roof Rack Containment Net
42 x 66 " MIL SPEC polyester webbing (1" width 1200PSI rated)
Safari Expedition Gobi style - Color: Black
This net is amazingly strong and top quality, but a little over kill for my roof rack setup. I used it a few months ago for a weekend trip up to...
I second the Thrift Store recommendation as well. I've scored everything from barely used camping gear to rare collectibles. And whatever we decide that we don't need or want... eventually ends up for sale on Ebay or local classifieds.
At the moment I just have a few Fourtreks ARB Awning Mounts.... I'm just waiting on a 3rd mount before I install a new ARB 2000 Awning tomorrow... oh and I also have a Garvin drop-in roof rack on my X as well.
We picked up this set last year and we love it. Everything is designed to fit nicely on a Coleman 2 burner camp stove, and their non-stick coating is fairly decent. And when you are done everything packs up compact enough for easy storage. Also, for the price it's hard to beat.
Coleman Family...
