I don't have the links handy but there are videos showing how to plan trips on GoogleEarth and then convert them to a format you can load onto your Garmin. I've done it a few times and it works pretty well.

I ordered some from Canada about 6 years ago. I think because I am in Arizona they mailed me some. They won't do it anymore. Last year I found three MFC at Goodwill. They needed new gaskets but other than that they work fine. Keep looking you might find some.

I second the Atoto unit. I've had the A6 in my Land Cruiser for about a year and haven't had any problems with it. It's been a good unit.

I have the Atoto A6 in my car. It a nice inexpensive Android head unit with Apple Play. I've used Gaia with it with no problems.

Becareful with those Amazon LED bulbs. I bought a set for my Landcrusier and they burned out within a year. I ordered another set and they started burning out so I pulled them out and replaced them with Halogen bulbs. It's too bad because they were nice and bright.
