A coworker of mine has a son who, from a young age had a wheat/gluten allergy. In college my coworker's son studied for a year in Italy. He didn't have an issue with wheat/gluten in Europe and they eventually figured out that he wasn't allergic to gluten but glyphosate.
This is a silly debate. Both vehicles are more than capable. These forums and this community isn’t about who has the most badass rig. It’s a place to share ideas about a hobby we all should enjoy regardless of the badge on our vehicle.

I don't know how yogurt works with your diet but I use them in place of steel cut oats with yogurt. I buy the black ones as well. I'm not sure there's a difference in the white and black but the black ones are literally 1/2 the price in bulk.

try marinating it in Coke for an hour or so. Coke made with pure cane sugar works best. We do that a lot with backstrap and the Coke helps break down the fiber. Another way is to sear it then wrap it in foil with peppers, onions, etc with a little olive oil. Good luck!
