    Any Ketogenic “Keto“ Overlanders?

A coworker of mine has a son who, from a young age had a wheat/gluten allergy. In college my coworker's son studied for a year in Italy. He didn't have an issue with wheat/gluten in Europe and they eventually figured out that he wasn't allergic to gluten but glyphosate.

2018 TRD pro VS 2018 Chevy ZR2 for overlanding

This is a silly debate. Both vehicles are more than capable. These forums and this community isn’t about who has the most badass rig. It’s a place to share ideas about a hobby we all should enjoy regardless of the badge on our vehicle.

    Hello from South Texas

Oh yeah, I've done some fishing off the jetty at St. Joe before :) I'm waiting for the blacks and reds to start running in the surf near Big Shell. I'll try to get down there for that in November. Good luck when you get back out there!

    Hello from South Texas

Welcome! How's the fishing on PINS? I was down there a couple of months ago and have been waiting for the weather to cool down a bit so I can get back.

    Any Ketogenic “Keto“ Overlanders?

It's about 1/8 cup chia seeds to 1 cup of yogurt. The way I do it is I'll put put the chia seeds, along with Bulgarian yogurt, in 80z jelly jars. Then I will add whatever toppings I want like blackberry, blueberry, honey-vanilla-cinnamon, etc and seal them up. I generally make 5 at a time on...

I don't know how yogurt works with your diet but I use them in place of steel cut oats with yogurt. I buy the black ones as well. I'm not sure there's a difference in the white and black but the black ones are literally 1/2 the price in bulk.

Lately I've been buying ancho powder in bulk and putting it on just about all proteins. Ancho and espresso is hard to beat.

We'll do this too. My parents have a smokehouse, so my son and I will try to make 15 or so pounds of sausage when the weather is cold and dry enough whatever we have left over that we don't add cure to, we'll use it to make patties. We'll typically smoke about 30lbs of venison jerky and...

    venison

try marinating it in Coke for an hour or so. Coke made with pure cane sugar works best. We do that a lot with backstrap and the Coke helps break down the fiber. Another way is to sear it then wrap it in foil with peppers, onions, etc with a little olive oil. Good luck! *Edit: I forgot...

Hello all! My friends call me Jody and I live in New Braunfels, TX. which is in between San Antonio and Austin. I am a novice to overlanding. When I was young we would overland camp at Little Shell and Big Shell on Padre Island to fish. Since I've become single again, I've wanted to pick up...
