Well as the normal roads go Gurley, AL to winchester, TN is 46 miles. I don't imagine the off road route could be more than 100 miles. So it should easily be doable on 1 tank of fuel with no spare, and in the allotted time.

breakfast, eggs (or fish i catch). Lunch, sandwich (or fish), snacks in between - Spaghetti O's with meatballs, franks n beans, easy stuff out of a can. Dinner - steak / burgers / hot dogs, that kind of stuff (or fish I catch). I usually keep the "add water" type stuff for reserve / emergency.

I use this new age plastic MSR Folding spork that fits nicely in the little "spoon holder" on my jet boil and is long enough to get down in it... And then I also have this Ozark Trail "Hobo Tool" which is metal with a spoon, fork, knife, can opener, etc etc...
