Did Old NC 105 few Month back! Just make sure you have gas before getting off I-40! We had to drive 16 miles out of the way to get some gas.

So, is there a meeting place for those not meeting up in Mathews? Parking lot at entrance, the food lion, general store across from entrance?

I am not brand loyal, just have owned enough vehicles that anything can break down. All vehicles there where very nice rigs! And all have strong and weak points! Looking forward to getting on the road and trails, and having fun.

Just make sure there is a Jeep there to get stuck vehicle out. Lol

There where plenty of camp spots along Old NC105. I only remember one turn off, once on the gravel road part, it was to the left going north from Lake James.
