    A new hope.

Hahaha. I’m quickly on my way. The last 3 years had flown by. The 4 before that did the same. Feels like yesterday I was still in college.

    A new hope.

I’m quickly on my way to being there with you. Trying to get as much done in my life as I can before I start getting too old.

    A new hope.

Here’s the finished product with my mount installed. The leftover engine paint I had was actually a halfway decent match! The arm for the phone mount is actually a little long, I’m going to try and see if they offer a shorter one but other than that it’s great. Phone should be very secure for...

I hear there may be some rock sliders in the works [emoji6]

    A new hope.

I decided to go with silver. I had some silver engine paint left over from when I rebuilt the 4.0 in my Jeep and I think it’s a close match to the dash. Should look pretty good. Once I get it installed tonight and I get my phone mount on there I’ll post some pictures to give you a better idea of...

I’ll definitely paint it pink now, just for you.

Here we see the wild over lander in his natural environment.

If I can get the color match close the silver on the dash would look good.

    A new hope.

Haven’t decided on a color yet so I thought I would post it up and let everyone else decide. I’m between black and red. Black would be more subtle, but red would be different. This is a RAM mount that sits in the storage tray above my radio. I know a lot of wrangler and Tacoma guys love the...

Once the primer is dry I’m gonna mount it up and see what I think. I’m undecided on what color to paint it right now.

    Start down a new road.....

Same. I found a totaled Titan locally and almost bought the front end for the swap but decided against it. By the time I do it I’d need to replace all the bushings, seals, etc. would much rather enjoy the truck as it is for now and do the big mods later. I did get in touch with your guy about...

Good catch! It’s a reverse flag because it’s worn on the right shoulder on our uniforms. The stars are always supposed to point forwards so when you wear it on that side it’s opposite, just like if you were carrying a flag.

What OB build is complete without morale patches?? Only been collecting for a little while but I’d love to cover the roof of this thing.

    A new hope.

This is the setup I have for my Cherokee, although the room is not up in this picture. It works pretty well. I’ll be taking a road trip up the east coast (GA to ME) in a few weeks so I’m sure I can find a camper shell somewhere between here and there that isn’t too far out of my way so I can...

    A new hope.

I wish I could run a setup like that. I’ve only got a 5’ bed though and there wouldn’t be much room left for the wife and 2 dogs! We use an ARB awning with the attached awning room. Gives us walls and a floor, enough room to stand up comfortably, and we can fit a full size air mattress with...

    Start down a new road.....

I love this. Been looking into doing a similar setup for my Frontier. Any chance your guy would be willing to make another one? I really need to buy a welder.

    A new hope.

The low profile ones are definitely the way to go. Having a vehicle that rides on the same platform as a handful of others has its benefits. There wasn’t a single second gen Frontier at the junkyard, but I did find a titan, pathfinder, and an Xterra. All of which have some interchangeable parts...
