I have heard that about Co2 before, but I have not had that problem on all three Jeeps in this family. Three different type tires, and companies...But also have thought about having a compressor for back up, but that's just me....
I have used my friend's MineLabs, They are sweet machines, but they are very pricey . Whites is like the Ford or Chevy of the Detectors ....Oh and get a coil cover to protect the bottom of the coil and your good to go....
In the back of your Jeep , a guy on the Wrangler Forum mounted a L bracket to the roof hold down bolts and put the Quick Fists on that. Looks pretty good and it's space you don't use anyway....

Like what I got the kids, when they were little. Look at the " Whites CoinMaster" is a good starter Detector , there like are other brands Fisher, and Tesoro and Garretts that have a good starter. Minelab is at the top of the line and are costly .. My kids found a lot of stuff with theirs...

A lot of good info here. I worked for SCE for 35 years , and pulled a lot of vehicles of all sizes from different problems. Most of the times I used tow straps and shovel work most. If I get a chance I will post pics of some of the rescues. One was two 65.000 Lbs 6x6 drives that buried...
