Ideal would be to have snatch blocks built in and feed the line back out the end or two winches. But that is some work to do it.. I have seen the videos but it seems like it would only put your vehicle in a bind. The winch would want to pull forward on the vehicle and backward at the same time...
That is a problem running "Naked" No top or doors with a Jeep, Plus you seats fade real quick, Except for the Bartact seat covers. I will run without my Freedom Top ( some people call them "T" tops) but I still use a screen cover over my going bald head and to keep wifey happy....but dust does...
Was a big time Duck hunter, but kids and time kinda slowed all that down. Also did a lot of upland Bird Hunting, Quail and Pheasant and trained Labs to hunt too. Now they are Queens of the couch! and my back seat....
I thought going out in the wild was to exsperance the environment not armchair in front of a large TV? To me that's why I go out, I understand with a little one with you, but don't you want to be in Nature???
Currently I am running Ko2, load range E, But I have used a lot of different tires and brands on vehicles over the years.I loved the old True-Tracs I had on both my K5 and Ramcharger but they wore quickly on the street.....
If your going to add more electrical items, I would suggest a S pod. Mine runs my lights, the 12v lead to the fridge, and to the relay for my winch. I have one switch left and haven't decided what I will add yet.. The S pod monitors the voltage of the battery and will shut off any load that runs...
A little info for you non-Jeepers. The lockers on a Rubicon only work in low range and below 14 Mph. Self installed lockers will work beyond those parameters....
