no the road doesn't go all the way in, you will have to hike. The trail to the trains is marked, but I went with a group that has been there several times.
I am very impressed with these tires I have been running them for a little bit over a year I do a lot of hi way miles and dirt roads/fire roads & power lines I have put over 35ooo miles on them and there's still plenty of tread left.
I've done the B-52 crash site abandoned trains on Eagle Lake run it's a beautiful ride.

I have ran this heater for several hours without any problems, the heater has a shut off built in once the temp reaches its set temp it shuts down. When the temperature drop it kicks back on and this little heater also has a tip over feature that will shut it off, as far as the power consumption...
Here is a helpful hint. I like to carry a pair of gloves and a hat all year round, seeing I live in New England. This little tip of using a small piece of velcro will help stop your gloves and hat from slidding all over the place. :)
