@deeker Oh they're sturdy are heck. I would say 3 men could stand on one at the same time and it wouldn't budge! They're ex-MOD and cost £25 each off eBay when I bought them.
@Michael OB Michael, no stress, but just wanted to check if mine shipped? Do you send these USPS or? Again, no worries at all, just wanted to see if I should be looking out for it, yet?
Many thanks, Dunc
S12, we were chatting about these on another forum and we believe the ARBs are made by Waeco. Not sure why that's relevant but just thought I'd throw that in.
@Steve I did a short write up on ours a couple of weeks ago:

Mine is a Waeco CAB 40 (Litre) 3 Way fridge/freezer which runs off 12v, 240 or gas. It's been great on the two trips we've taken it on but a lot will depend where you plan to go...
Corrie, I've yearned for an FJ40 for years now. Not sure it'll happen but I haven't given up hope yet!
@OP I've done a fair bit of overloading in a 70s CJ5. I didn't get many probs at all but I pedantic at maintaining it and keeping it very ship-shape. You might also want to think about where...
@Blair There was an ad out for one the same as yours last year which was well modded.

Take a look as it might give you some help. He had a roof rack and tent up top so the racks to fit are probably out there.
My son goes to Beavers (Junior Scouts) so when we go I check the activity badges that they can do at home. I then incorporate one badge into the trip. During Easter we went to West Wittering together for a couple of sleeps. He did his "Explore Badge" during this trip by exploring the beach and...
Looking good, Robert! Lot of work you're doing there!! It'll be worth it, though. Hope we can hook up as you pass me on the way to Wales and check out the Frontera!
Deeker, here in the UK there are virtually no trails at all, full stop! I'm constantly in envy of you guys in the US and Oz who have thousands of acres of places to explore with 4WDs. Here we've got a few green lanes and the neighbouring houses complain bitterly about those.
Cheers Robert! I love making things this way as long as I can get them to look and work right, the way I want them to. Many people, myself included, never thought they had the skills to work on their rigs themselves. I began cautiously in 2009 and gradually gained the confidence to do pretty...
One thing myself and my 6 y/o son like to do is natter on the HAM rig in the rear of the JK in various locations but the JK 2 door setup isn't ideal for this. With the rear seat in place there isn't room for us to park our behinds and without it there's plenty of space but it's uncomfortable, so...
Just installed the $28 webbing cargo net. Absolutely great kit and did exactly what I wanted it to.

You're welcome Robert. The Teraflex kits are well respected in the Jeep communities and many of the overlanders use the short arm kit and rock crawlers use their long arm kit. Well worth the investment if you can stretch to it.
