Yep 4x4. Eventually I may do a lift still undecided, have added a roof rack, swing out rear tire carrier with jerry cans, a set of rough country drop steps and front bull bar with light ( will be changing out for full bumper ) at some point and yes it’s nice to see a few more GM vehicle builds...

Hey guys, so I decided a little while ago to Buy this 01 Yukon and make my version of an overland / camp/ travel vehicle. The 1st thing I've been working on is the interior layout, sleeping platform -storage . so the rear height is 9" internal and flows to behind the seats at 17 1/4 inches...

I installed the ARB 2500 on my gmc, got a chance to try it out last weekend next purchase will be the room with floor as well..

Pismo was hot but Morrow bay was just right

we ended up at Morrow Bay state park for the night, mid 70s with low 60s at night was great to have a fire and sit back and enjoy the stars
