I am interested. I am going to take the Friday off as well. It has been a while but if I remember correctly there shouldn't be an issue getting to Pioneer Town with a 2wd. I was at Joshua Tree over MLK weekend and it was packed. I almost didn't get a spot. If it wasn't for 4wd they would not...

This was my first time back since I had been in Boy Scouts. It wasn't even a National Park then. I was surprised by the paved roads, though having restrooms was nice. I will post some more later.

These last photos actually are in reverse order. It was blue sky when we arrived Fri but Sat night we had rain.

Well, I went out to Joshua Tree for MLK. It was windy. Had a little sprinkling of rain Sat night. But was fun non-the-less. Saw snow on the way out but was a nice weekend.

I work Monday but was thinking about an overnighter, Fri-Sat.

Is there an update to this? Is it going to happen?
