I have four daughters who camp with me. That means a lot of beverages and a lot of grub to keep them happy! I have a RTIC 65 if it helps. Absolutely love the cooler. I don't have a roof rack or trailer, but I can still fit it into the cargo area of my JKU and close the tailgate with no issue. I...
Definitely get AT LEAST a Bill Of Sale. Here in Missouri, you can buy a trailer without a title and get it plated, but if no title or MSO, you need a Bill Of Sale. Hope this helps!
OK, to start- my apologies for anyone taking the "redneck" label the wrong way, as I have multiple buddies who proudly claim redneck status and DO NOT litter.
That being said- what's the worst you've seen, with regards to trash on a trail? Here in Missouri- when it was legal to run trails in...
I'm trying my best to make it out to this meet up with @Iamjake. I'll be traveling from St. Louis, MO. Any prizes for farthest traveled? lol. Also- I'll be bringing food for the food pantry, as well as some authentic St. Louis Pork steaks for the tailgate cookout!
Mmmmmm....Anvil JKUR! Anvil and Rhino are, IMHO, two of the best colors Jeep ever came out with. I got mine in Rhino and I'm loving it. My brother bought an Anvil. PS- GREAT looking rig!
Well, I got an email today from the expo.....sounds like I didn't make the cut for volunteering. :( Oh, well...maybe next year. Regardless, I have it on my calendar and plan on showing up. Hoping to meet a bunch OB'ers while out there!
@Etoimos Yeah, we are the rare birds, for sure... But to be honest- nobody seems to care here. I love that! I've been a Jeep owner since 1994, and have been a member of multiple Jeep groups/clubs/pages, and many seem to have a "Jeep or nothing" approach to anything offroad. I, admittedly, used...
Have a look at MSR (Mountain Safety Research) they used to do a complete set of nesting pots. I've got a few of theirs from over 20 years ago that I still cook with- so it's solid stuff!
@Willmh3 I just noticed the name of your team- Thin Blue Smoke. Friggin love that!!! I'm a retired copper out of St. Louis. I'll look you up next time I'm in Texas......those ribs look amazing!
Hi Jake- welcome! I have to admit I'm a bit jealous of you. I love the Colorado Springs area!! I've climber at Garden Of The Gods, and took my kiddos up Pike's Peak just last summer. I dig that entire area!
Welcome! You're right- there's an absolute plethora of information in this group, and they all seem to be a bunch of solid folks. Will love watching as you build your Explorer, and more so to see you post up on the Gambler 500! That was a race my best friend and I talked about doing before he...
