Snow levels were above 7,500 today. Still fun, but I wouldn't call it snow wheeling. If the temp drops it might be fun. But you gotta get high to get the snow.
I'm headed up tomorrow. Bringing my pewpews as back up fun. But the storm that moved in is warm. So snow levels might be a little high. They are saying they might drop sat night though. Sunday will be the better day of the two. I'll give a report as to what elevation snow starts at. We'll see...

New truck cap means new mounting locations of things before the repaint. Trying a CB antenna mount in a new location. Added an extra foot to total antenna height in the process. I think it turned out pretty good.
The extra credit way is taking the Swansea Cerro Gordo road. It will dump you out right at the ghost town. Plan on that route taking you most of the day, so get a early start. Awesome terrain and epic views of the valleys on both sides of the mountain. 4Lo is needed in a few spots.
