Yes sir. And Thank you. Actually when you are a registered volunteer with the Federal Government, they send you a form to fill out when you complete a task where there are volunteer hours generated. They report this to their superiors and apparently have to keep a log of all volunteer hours...
I wrote to our local Foresty Service and asked them about the areas that needed the most attention. I told them I was with Overland Bound and we had a program called the Trail Guardian where we volunteer our time and services to help keep these areas clean. They were very excited and...
Check out the southeast forum where we have posted quite a few trails. you might want to check out the Arkansas free MVUM on the web. Not sure if there are any way out west but if you travel east a little you would be right in the heart of the Ozarks. Mulberry area has a good deal of them.
After installing my bull bar on my front bumper I was able to make me up some limb risers. I really wanted some of these because in Arkansas when the trees get their leaves, we get a ton of limbs in the trailways.
I watched @Michael's video of how to make your own and it looked pretty easy...
Not sure if we will have anyone going to this or not. But nevertheless the DreamGirl and myself will uphold our commitment and get out there and clean the spot up that we have been told needs it the most. Should be a great time anyways.
NW part of AR is a little crowded for me lol. It is very beautiful up there but being a part of the fastest growing area in the country is not appealing to me. But the good thing about it is it doesn't take long to get off the beaten path and enjoy the beauty of the area. You have everything...
Had a rip in my Trasharoo
So I got out my needle and thread and sewed that sucka up!
I did it purple because my wife loves purple and she goes everywhere I go just about. It worked great and I should get quite a few more months of use out of it.
I have looked around all over the place for the roof rack that I like. As the owner of a RV-5 Oztent, I need a lot of space up top to carry it along with a couple pelican cases, add a lightbar...maybe carry a couple kayaks...a rooftop tent may be in my future...I just don't know. I don't want...
10-4. I think I my just cut off the bottom of mine. I'm not sure yet. I like the look of them and that they are small. But I also like the look of them being removed. But I like that they semi-keep my vehicle clean. Kinda torn on what to do. I like the Baja style look of them being...
Welcome from Arkansas. I hope you are able to get with some people on here. Make sure you check out the area specific threads. Thats where you will run into most of the people in your area.
Awesome looking rig bro! Do you like the look of your fender flares being completely removed? I'm still getting some rubbing and Im thinking I'm going to remove my fronts at least to rid myself of that. Love how you have mounted your lights. I didn't think to hide the wires for my dash candy...
The wife and I set out again to go waterfall chasing this past weekend after the Natural State Overlanding Bonfire. We found the Waterfall Hollow Falls which were 3 different falls all located on the Ozark Highlands Trail. Very beautiful even though the ice storm a few years ago fell quite a...
