@samP You can find them used regularly if you keep your eyes open. I own 13 different Pelican cases and only bought one brand new, the rest were picked up for less than half retail at least.
I wish there was a teleportation portal that began in north west Indiana and ended in mid Illinois to avoid that whole area south of Chicago hahah… #traffic
Have a great trip @Steve ;)
I use 3 Pelican 1700 cases. They are all bolted to my roof rack cross bars and locked with padlocks (two on each case). They are very low profile and pop up just above my Baja drop in basket. I usually keep the stuff I don't need regular access to up there. If need be, they can hold pretty much...
Great!
Churchill wont let me leave the shore without him. I tried leaving him in the cabin once but he slid open the door and tore through the screen, then swam half way across the lake to me and rode back on the inflatable. He loves the water.
Welcome! Was just in Belgium a few weeks ago with my brother. Beautiful country!
Stopped by the Citadel of Namur for lunch…
…and gifts for our wife/gf…
…and act like dumb Americans. *sigh*

I have used both but stopped using Photobucket entirely and will probably not use it ever again. Too many ads, long load times and awkward navigation. IMGUR is far superior…for the time being.
My wife just finished her last Astronomy class. Every night for the last year or so shes been taking notes and logging data in her star log. It's been really fun learning more with her. I just hope to figure out how to use my camera a bit better tho… :/
While I was in Europe for the last month...
This ^ (the foundation) :P
I still carry just about everything else anyway tho… + lots of curry powder / BBQ rubs.
These are (were) pretty convenient but don't carry enough variety for me and are not very secure…
….ended up just putting all my spices in some old metal film canisters.
I use a Teton Sports Celsius XXL and love it. Well, two of them actually, a left and a right so my dogs can be in there too when connected :)
If I'm alone I just use one bag for colder weather or an Ecopro warm weather bag kind of like what you have pictured. I actually sleep much better in...
