    Your Go To Jack

One of these (two stage 4 ton bottle jack that comes oem in Ford F450/550) My truck and trailer both have 35's on them and this has plenty of extension height in a compact package. I also have the oem Jeep scissor jack under the rear deck. There are other 2 stage bottle jacks on the market...

    Our biggest nightmare just happened

I just returned from a left coast tour. The overwhelming majority of people I met seemed completely oblivious to how and why their world has degraded into a b grade version of Thunder Dome, and are devoid of the ability to view it with even the slightest degree of critical objectivity.

    Our biggest nightmare just happened

I refuse to do this, if i can't find a safe and comfortable spot I'll rent a KOA, a hotel room or just keep driving. Folks worry about bears and lions, people are the greatest threat to your safety on the face of this planet.

Why are the Ram's and all long beds neglected in the aftermarket world?!

Huh, so they make them for 8' beds, just not ram? Because I see on their site they list 8' beds? Have you spoken to them about wanting one?

Driver Comfort for 6 foot and above - Tacoma

You can order a Ram 2500 with a Power Wagon equipment package cheaper than you can order a Gladiator Rubicon. Of those choices on the used market I would guess the ZR2 is the least expensive based entirely on demand. I looked at them before I bought the Gladiator, nice trucks but there were some...

    Help get the word out

ATV/UTV/SXS as is illustrated by the video are the principal offenders, this audience constitutes "preaching to the choir ". You won't reach the knuckleheads doing this on this forum. I have personally dealt with atv trespassers/hunters (and won) but it wasn't because I was polite, respectful or...

Search for ODB2 adapter and app

I have used "Car Scanner" free app with a $10 OBD2 dongle from Amazon in the past with success. I don't use either one anymore because both of my vehicles have a security gateway that won't allow a plug in dongle, and both of them also have a Tazer installed that allows me to read and clear...

Summer Heat Camping? Yes or No?

If you get someone to tell you that relief comes by getting nearer the equator in Texas, in summer, then discount anything else they may tell you as a lie. Your family is not lying to you (in this instance) , LOL. I have become increasingly more heat intolerant with age. My body rejects it as...

rig weight, how do you pack?

This is how "adventure trailers" were born. Everybody packs stuff they don't need, until they need them. If those are "comfort items" they are easy to identify and ditch, but for me more than not, those unused items are emergency and back up gear and I'm not going without them. My dedicated...

Opus OP15, anyone have one that can give me their impressions?

I did not buy one, but did look at them the 2 and 4 as well. My principal disqualifying feature for the 15 at the time was weight. Now that I know more about Opus I would have other issues with them as well. Wife joined a Facebook Opus group when we were serious, she says that there are...

    No boundaries adventure trailer

I knew that glue and staples weren't going to cut it, and I wanted as little organic material in it as possible. I see a ton of the R Pods and NoBo trailers on the road, I'm sure they are adequate for their intended use and projected life span. I'm also sure I don't want one. I'm detail...
