Not opposed to drilling, I just don't have a hardtop to drill into. Looking for some type of frame-style railing system to have something to drill into. As long as it doesn't impede dropping the top.

Does anyone know of a way to mount (Jeep jku) without a roof rack? I want to install an awning yet don't want to invest in a rack right now and create hassles with the soft top.

I'm in Longwood, def interested in getting out more. So far I've only been out on the Citrus run with the TrailStompers (enjoyed every minute). I hear great things about Ocala. My interest are not so much technicality and crawling as much as getting out, exploring and camping. I'll keep watch!

I made a security rope from 3 feet of 1/4" , plastic sleeved steel cable, crimping sleeves and a small padlock. The cable loops through the tire carrier. It's basically good for preventing an opportunistic grab and run situation. Won't stop bolt cutters
