What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Installed Vector mount, organized all the small things that were being shoved under the seats and finally got my Teraflex tailgate table.

    Open Fire Cooking

From what I see you're doing it right with the most important ingredient: passion. Do you brine? I brine all chicken/pork as well as some marinades for all red meat (I burn off the alcohol and steep for smoother infusion). I also like to do salt cures sometimes (as prepping for confit) and...

    Awning suggestions

Not opposed to drilling, I just don't have a hardtop to drill into. Looking for some type of frame-style railing system to have something to drill into. As long as it doesn't impede dropping the top.

    Awning suggestions

Does anyone know of a way to mount (Jeep jku) without a roof rack? I want to install an awning yet don't want to invest in a rack right now and create hassles with the soft top.

2020 Spring Run Kentucky Adventure Trail

I'm in Longwood, def interested in getting out more. So far I've only been out on the Citrus run with the TrailStompers (enjoyed every minute). I hear great things about Ocala. My interest are not so much technicality and crawling as much as getting out, exploring and camping. I'll keep watch!

    Let's see your bike rack!

I have the same (Yakima) spare tire rack. I haven't had any issues with off-road, although I have read once that a guy had issue with his loosening over time, needed to re-tighten. I also have a tire carrier that bolts to the Jeeps frame, vs relying on the gates hinges. If you are carrying more...

Why Did You Become a Member of Overland Bound?

To have access to, gain and share knowledge of getting away from it all; safe and smart. I work in order that I can climb in my Jeep, drive into the woods, and have peace of mind from the simplicity of sleeping in a bag and eating from an single iron skillet. I check in daily for continuance of...

Looks really good. First time seeing a window mounted rotopax; I’m digging it. What hinge steps are you running? Do you have build thread?

    Hi-Lift Jack Security

I made a security rope from 3 feet of 1/4" , plastic sleeved steel cable, crimping sleeves and a small padlock. The cable loops through the tire carrier. It's basically good for preventing an opportunistic grab and run situation. Won't stop bolt cutters
