Checkin in. There is a trail from Richmond to Williamsburg. Although paved and littered with pedal power (bicycles)... pretty sure we would get yelled at and ticketed too. Haha. On a serious note.. I do not know of anything between RVA and the coast.

HA HAAA! I can see it now at a Walmart parking lot... Vehicles set up in a circle. An RTT or two, maybe a ground tent and some cots. go inside and buy a little metal fire pit. Set it up. get some of that prepackaged wood For the pit. grills going with fresh food from inside if you need it...

The down side that I see with USNG is... Most stand alone devices and apps do not offer that option. That said, I have yet to see one as well. For the most part, I still use MGRS.
