Just FYI, where we ran Big Levels late last year it was the most and worst pinstripes I've gotten from any trail.

We set up meetups adhoc. We're kind of working on a recurring monthly meetup on a Saturday morning where you MYOB (make your own breakfast).

Yeah good point I bet you're right. Wonder if it just turns into another Overland Expo with expensive tickets, and nothing but new vendors. Not really the picture of overlanding I imagine.

Yeah I'm not sure I agree with the price point but it's a decent sized deal on the east coast so I'm always interested. If they updated the classes and maybe lowered the price I'd be more likely to go.

MAOF is okay. That's where Wook and I met a couple years ago. Didn't go last year because was pretty busy. Maybe this year but too far out to tell now. The OEX trainer guys are there.

Not a bad idea. Except for the obvious announce when you need to use the spare, which should be rarely. My only concern would be if you replace the spare with a flat, will the mount go back on there without air in the tire? Or would you need to toss the mount and gas can into your rig for awhile...

I'll need to put some time in on the house this year, so I can't make all the trips probably, but if still like to know when they are so I can join if I'm available.
