I have not, there has been a ban on cooking, even with propane down here in southern California, due to all the fires. So just water and sandwiches the last few weeks. But I hear they are great. I like that you can rebuild them completely too.
Yeah, but its cheaper to build, then you can configure the setup how you like and upgrade later to lighter materials if you need to lighten up. The main reason I rebuilt mine out of aluminum was because I had a little wiggle on the hinge side of the awning when deployed. Now it is super sturdy...
Have you been on ih8mud.com? They have a big forsale section. It is mainly a toyota forum there. If you want to make you own, like I did check out tnutz.com. i will link my pics when i find it

Looks sturdy! That deeper unistrut is real strong. I ran some unistrut crossbars for a bit on my Landcruiser. But now I switched to anall aluminum rack I built.
Thats the unistrut one.

I liked the unistrut because it has sooo many attachments and brackets readily...

Some random ones I got on Amazon. Anzo I think. Lemme see if I can find a link.

You need to do the model specific research as to what changes your current vehicle can accept, and what support modifications will be needed to do it and maintain reliability and safety. With that information, you can narrow down the tire sizes or dimensions you can run. More sidewall will get...
They just use t slot extrusions as the crossbars, I ended up ordering a bunch of those and making a rack for my landcruiser. Tnutz.com has those extrusions and you can get a decent price on them pretapped, and cut to length. The fancy thing about the prinsu was the nice bent and cut side panels...
Try cbi off road, they bought the prinsu design.
