What Did You Do With Your Rig Today?

Today, I mounted a Andersen Power Connection to the top of the winch bumper, next to one of the grill-guard up-rights.. The cables from this connector is attached to the battery. It is part of a 20' jumper cable with Andersen quick connections. The cable(with blue connector) is the power...

Good to hear from you. Wow!! I appreciate the offer; and I'd love to go, but were headed to my wife's sister's place for Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday). Coming home Sunday. Hopefully another time. I'm doing well. Been adding things to my truck a little at a time. Shopping for a RTT...

    Thank You

See? There ya go. Example: I've never grown up with horses, so if I ever got into dealing with them(which I never will), ......... I'd have to ask questions.

    Coleman Sickness..affliction...

Thanks, Muck. I'd hate to apply heat to it. I'd like to keep it looking original; and if I heat it, it will damage the paint.

    Coleman Sickness..affliction...

Thanks, Terry. I just remembered I have a Nut Spliter from when I worked on Heavy Equipment. I don't know why I didn't think of that before hand. I'm going to try to split the brass thumb-nut. I'll purchase another nut, along with anything else I'll need to get it back in working order.

OK. The brass nut that holds the cap on will turn, but will not unscrew from the threaded stud/shaft. I'm guessing they are turning together. It's been soaking with Kroil overnight. Anyone know a trick? Thanks.

Will, there are no "stupid questions" except for the ones never asked. So, ask on. We'll try to help as much as we can.

    Coleman Sickness..affliction...

Thanks. I'll look in the morning Don't know. I may go back to get it before it's tossed out. It was shorter than the Coleman, was black and the base was similar to 4 duck feet.

Where did you install your OB emblem?

I had originally install one on each front fender, but I removed them and placed one on the tailgate. The other badge will go in my memorabilia show-case.

    Coleman Sickness..affliction...

I drove down to a neighbor's house to look at a welding job he needed to have done on his debris trailer's tail-gate. While I was there, I saw a couple camping lanterns sitting outside on the ground. One was a no-name and the other was a Coleman. I asked about them and he said he was going to...
