FYI, no matter how new your jeep is...getting the old exhaust off is a pain...I used some bearing grease on the hangers and a pry bar which seemed to help a lot. I got it all put together and the sound is really good. Here is the parts and the finished product...

I am really tempted to pull the trigger on these Bartact Milspec Seat Covers for my 2015 JKUR. I would be looking at both Front and Back covers. I know these are expensive but I have heard amazing reviews about them.

It might cover the hole. The bracket doesn't actually rest on the bumper but slots through that crack between the body and the bumper to get to the frame. But if you do decide to get the Gobi, you can store your water on top of the rack instead of in the bumper.
