Just playing around with a new (to me) Camera i got to take on trips.
Just an Old Nikon d3000 with af-s 18-55mm and 55-200mm nothing fancy. Got another 70-300mm lens on layaway. Thought I would break it in at a local Nature trail, and get familiar with some of its Functions and settings.
Your better off anyhow, once you do one thing you'll want to do another.
Plus it will never drive as nice as it does stock. At least that's the case with the solid front axles.
Can't say about the Tacomas but a lot of vehicle have bolt on bracket mounts where a bull bar or tow hooks would go...
I don't doubt the Strength of the rope, but that video idk about all that.

Going upto West Virginia and needed some on the spur of the moment.
Having some Firestone Destination A/Ts put on.
Not the muds I wanted, I was gonna wait another month, but have a big trip coming in a day or 2 due to family death.
These were only $148 each and best deal I could find to be put on with short notice.
Also with any vehicle, I would see how many aftermarket companies make specific parts ,bumpers,racks etc for it.
If there aren't a lot that means you will pay more for the ones that do.
Or worse you will have to mod other vehicle specific parts or generic ones to fit.

I always like how the General Grabber red letters looked, but everybody who I've talked to that has them only has bad things to say about their performance.
I ran BFG KO (originals) when I first got my Jeep, they were already on it. Then later I got a flat and had 2 rear trail marks (very similar tread). They were great, very well road mannered, and okay off (had open dif then) wish I would have kept them but I hated not having a matching set...
