I like to use a portable solar panel so when your rig is set up at camp in the shade you can shade you can move the solar panel out into the sun. The set I use 180W with a smart charger built on.

I like to keep it simple I use something like this when we camping out of the rig when using the camper trailer just a 20L drum with a 12v pump. Boil 5L of water out of the drum put back in the drum perfect temperature. 20L do two people
