You realize that GMRS HT (Hand Transceivers) are limited to 2 watts output, which is the same as FRS? So there isn’t any extended range to GMRS over FRS in your application. Also by FCC regulations a GMRS HT CAN NOT have a removable antennas or a way to change frequencies from the front panel...

If I wanted to put 35’s on my 1989 bronco (as an example) without a lift, I would have to trim about 2.5”… since your truck barely clears 35’s with a 6” lift, you’re going to have to trim at least 6”, if not closer to 8” to get the tires to tuck up correctly at full bump stop.

To keep 35’s without a lift you will have to cut your fenders.

I don’t know what your custom power distribution box looks like, or how it vents…. But a CIrcuit Breaker should not get hot (if it does you have too many accessories running through it). As for what lugs to get… a good quality crimp and solder battery lug is the only way to go… again we don’t...
