Yeah Independence Day weekend will be jampacked! Oh well, it is what it is!
So far it's just me and probably one or two other rigs. But there's still two months before the event so maybe more people will join.

A fellow OB member is asking if they'd be OK going on this trip with a full-size Ford F-150 Raptor. I haven't been on these particular trails yet, but from the YouTube videos I've seen, I don't think he'll have a problem. What do you think?
Engineer Pass will be the toughest trail, Cinnamon Pass will be slightly easier, and the rest of the trails we decide to do after that will be even easier. We may move a little faster or slower depending on how the group feels. I will be in no rush, but if we're making great time and the group...

Chicken Corners will take you 4-8 hours depending on how leisurely you want to be, if you get stuck behind any groups of vehicles, and how often you stop to take pictures and enjoy the view. Your vehicle won't have any problems on that trail.

Click Map Filters
Choose Camp Site
Pan over to the Sequoia National Park area

Plan out any permits you may need, wake up early, and get your day started ASAP while it's cooler and while less people are out. Definitely have plenty of water, electrolytes...
I'll be getting a Warn winch and JCR winch plate installed soon. The total weight will be 121 lbs.
I am guessing this extra weight will drop the nose a little bit, affecting my ride height and decreasing my ground clearance slightly.
What do I need to do suspension wise to make up for this...
