Here's my suggestion... When you're around other people, wear it around your neck. It still lights up where you're walking. It still lights up whatever you're working on. But it doesn't blind everyone you look at :-)

Not sure why you can't see the photos. Yes, that's the one. I like the bricks. The wide mouth makes them great for bulk food storage as well. But these fit my roof rack perfectly.

No doubt about it. Better batteries fix everything. "Overland" is the business of driving. Being able to capture more of the power you're already paying for is the way to go, for sure.

Tall tires give you more ground clearance, but they're hard on your brakes and you may need to change out your differential gears to maintain torque. Wide tires give you more "flotation" (the ability to not sink into sand, snow, mud, etc.), but are prone to hydroplaning. I'm running 456 gears...
