I feel like there isn’t much here in Louisiana. Haven’t been out to DeSoto National Forest yet. And only been out to Kisatchie once. Definitely agree the ozarks are beautiful. Love exploring out there.
Installed this week. Slimline Bumper from Southernstyle Offroad. I keep telling myself but trying to get a suspension for my next purchase. Leaning towards Dobinsons quick ride so I can do the rear down the line.
We loved Cloundland state park when we when visited a few years back. Did the two waterfall trails and then I think the eastern rim trail. The western rim was closed at the time. I was just looking into a trip back into the area, so thanks, I'll start looking into these other areas.
I tend to have a general plan and then just go with it. Things always seem to be constantly evolving. And yeah, any routes would be a great help if you don't mind. Now that its kinda cooling down, I'm wanting to get out and hit the places I haven't been to yet.

Im out of BR, yep also noticed most things are minimal 6 hours away.

Welcome. There’s an event coming up kinda close to you if your interested. Not official OLB event but supposed to have a lot of members showing up. I’m planning on going. Rendezvous in the Ozarks Overland Rally
Use to live on the south shore too, in Scituate. Like the other have said use what you have for now. I found spending time with the stock rig gave me a better understanding of what I was looking for. What I would like to change or things that I wasn’t sure it was capable of. But I’d vote toyota...
Did a similar one when I first got mine. SOS concepts. Better than nothing. Now waiting for my new bumper. Will be nice to have proper recovery points.
