For what it is worth: FJ: Atrac is amazing, and it is s unique vehicle... Very Very capable and dependable. The doors offer decent access but not like a true 4 doors. Independent front suspension is not my favorite... but Toyota has a good one. The atrac and selectable locking options are good...

Even if the people are of different experience you can bank on one thing... everyone is different. Wouldn't hurt to nominate a trail boss. Make it the best candidate for that area... that does not always mean the most experienced overall. If there is a very large group you could go in packs...
