I posted it in the Rally Point but I will add it here as well. I just used the OB comm info that was more recently posted.

GMRS 15
I’ll be on both.
The big question is size and the little question is amenities. If you're perfectly content with the size and the option list of the Forester then its smaller footprint would be nice on trails. I wasn't so thats why I drive an Outback. Whether you're looking at new or used I would encourage you...
Hahaha. Unfortunately living in the northeast you kinda sorta have to unless you want to keep running the same tracks. Those are the closest trails to me and I’m nowhere near finished exploring them.
Hey neighbor. There are a lot of trails around my way... if you’re ok with questionable conditions, pin stripes, and grey area legality.

Sorry to hear that but glad you'll have it back on the road before too long.
What they deem primitive/dispersed requires a visit to the ranger station as well. Those sites accommodate vehicles just fine as the last time I used one there were 4 vehicles. I prefer them over the available...
No problem @GratefulFozzie. The routes won't care which version you run but I do have both the old and new. Send me a DM with your email address and I'll send you some links.
I have my preferred way of getting around but BESF is not small and you can work it any way you like. Some trails like Henstep, travelling west to east, go off to nowhere so I'd honestly recommend turning around and running it again backwards.
Have you considered picking up Gaia? or are you...
Have you been back to check out the routes I sent? Just curious if they worked out for you.
There are some random 'campsites' around BESF but they do have designated primitive dispersed sites. There are a few campgrounds as well.
