That's what I had to do when removing the roof rails on my 2002 WRX Wagon. It wasn't too bad. Two tips: Use a tool designed for removing the trim pieces. And take care not to let the headliner bend, else it will be a permanent kink.

What shows up when you view your messages via a desktop browser? I have had a blank message that shows as a new notification for almost a month, but when opening messages on the mobile app doesn't show anything. When viewing messages on a desktop, it shows a message with no sender, no content...
Hmmm, I went to check what mine showed, but my store login, which I've used for the past four years, no longer works. Using "forgot your password?" says my password doesn't exist, despite it working all these years.

@Marc Simcox You need to register as a new user on the store. The forum registration is not tied to the store account for security reasons.

Thanks. Chris reported it to the developers three weeks ago, but nothing's fixed yet. That's why I thought you might be able to go in and delete it from your end.
You can edit the forum prefixes in the admin panel to remove the "for sale" option under support, though. ;)
Yeah, I know how to do that. This one has no sender, no body, and can't be opened. It says it can't be found. It is dated December 31, 1969 AND October 18, 2016. It showed up right after the update. It's had the Inbox flag in the header indicating one message since early March that won't go away.
