Heading to the OBX next Saturday, staying at the KOA until Monday. Going to explore and beach drive first weekend. Then go to work on Oakracoke until Thursday morning and then spend the next weekend camping and fishing somewhere.

I burn a big jar candle, turn it at an angle and dip matches into the melted wax before it cools. Just do not hit match to fire. Pick it off with your nail and strike when needed.

When I hunt I have a box of lifeboat matches. They work great. But at cost you would not want use a lot of them.
