The timing belt is brand new, yeah. I have 31s on it right now, but I'm not sure how intense I'll be getting so I'm going to see how the all terrains it's got hold up.
Finally got my 1994 back from getting a 3.4 swapped into it. If anyone's interested in getting one, I would 100% recommend Cliff over at Toy Only Swaps. They did a fantastic job. Now to get the 4Runner out on the trail!
