Truck is at gear shop gettimg gear. Next step is welding shop to install a rear winch.

Just added cutout flares for bigger tires.. Now going to gear shop to change the diffs from3.55 to 4.60 or 4.88.

Stayed at a lodge called Moondance. Perfect for us. Btw i lost 4ed about 2 miles in as well as my winch. Got out thamks to Jeremy of Kentucky crawlers. Truck will be in shop till January. New hubs bigger tires. Check grounding on the winch and adding a read 12k pound winch. Gonna go...

Anyone do the dbbb in the winter?

Most of the DBBB can be done in any 4wd vehicle built for off road in stock form. Good all terrains or mud terrains are strongly recommended. I am going the next two days after Thanksgiving.

Planning on going up thanksgiving day and staying through sunday.

Haven't done anything with the winch but spent 8 hrs yesterday drilling 12 holes in my frame to mount 4 brackets to put rock sliders on.

This is my 2015 superduty with front and rear bumper. Trail ready front bumper and yes they make it for 2017 and smittybilt rear bumper. also available for 2017 but not a winch bumper and I am needing that since I just bout a 12k winch for the back
