Nice capable Tundra.. Love it.

I LOVE my '16 SR5.. This year is the start of my 3rd year overlanding with it..Sometimes its me and a dog and other times its me, my wife and 2 dogs..

on my '16, I went from 255/70/18 to 275/70/18's.. new Bilstein shocks 5100's and 6140's. Levelled the front...and DIY'd a bed topper.. I sleep in the bed on top of a Decked system..those were 1st 3 mods.. I have Cooper ST Maxx.. This summer I'll be getting a new set..Might switch to ST Pro.

How long has it been?

I came down from sw NY last August.. did the Canaan Loop out of Black Water Falls state park and a good section of the Shenendoah /Allegheny loop.. Flagpole Knob, Spruce Knob... It seemed a lot of the trail followed along Laseki [sp] tree farm property MANY miles worth..

I bought and installed these also. I only had 1 issue with the installation. As others in the reviews stated, I had a hard time installing 1 bolt. The 2nd one from the front on the driver side. I had to open the hole a bit with a reamer and then the mounting "pad" would not lay flat against the...

I installed a new cb antenna. Still getting a bad signal for some reason. Even added an additional ground wire to check that.. Anyways, no cb for me. Do you want me to stop at Wally World in the a.m. to buy a couple handhelds? My plan is to leave here by 3-3:30p and meet up with you all around...

I'll be coming alone with 1 dog. Diesel. 5yo boxer/pit. He's a good boy but gets excited initially. He'll be on a short leash. It's his 1st outdoor adventure like this.
