I've been wanting to do this
Let me see what the wife's plans are for 4th of July; I can probably swing the work time off, it's trying to get away from teh family lol
BTW, I'm from the North Bay originally, I even still have my 707 number.
Someday I'll try and tag along with TJ up there if I'm out visiting my parents or something
I want to 2nd Gaia. I've tried some of the other ones and Gaia simply works the best for me. Pay for a TrailsOffroad subscription and you can download every trail track you'll ever need

I'm a #5
"Has some gear that he leaves on the rig all the time rather than store it in the garage and goes wheeling a lot but usually only on day trips with camping being sprinkled in from time to time"
I'd say the minimum to spend is $127,373.63 to be considered an overlander, otherwise you're just four wheeling and camping
And that last 63 cents is the most important or you will not be allowed to overland.
You also need your Instagram handle as a decal on your rig and at least 500 followers...
It's also high time the NPS creates a reservation system that uses technology newer than 1980s tech.
You have to fax reservations into the Grand Canyon NPS:tearsofjoy:
